Terms

Two different things live on this page. The first part covers using this website. The second is a plain-language summary of how we normally work — it is a description, not the agreement. The signed contract is the agreement, and where the two differ, the contract wins.
Using this website
This site is operated by TZEKOS.EU, Thessaloniki, Greece. It is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and current, but nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it is professional advice for your situation.
Prices shown are correct on the date above, exclude ΦΠΑ, and are subject to change for new engagements. Existing clients are governed by the price in their contract.
Text and design on this site belong to us. Product names and marks belonging to other companies belong to them.
The client portal
The portal is for clients. Sign-in is by single-use link sent to the address on your account: keep that mailbox secure, because access to it is access to your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been compromised and we will end every active session on the account.
Payment requests in the portal are requests for payment. They are not the fiscal invoice — that is issued separately under Greek law and is the document that matters for your books.
How we normally work
The following is the shape of the standard agreement.
Term
Managed build and run has a 12-month minimum with a genuine early-termination clause. The minimum exists because the build days are spent in the first year; it is the break-even point, not a lock-in tactic.
Scope
A billed day is 7.25 hours and partial days round to the half day. Managed build and run includes up to 5 build days and 1 maintenance day per year. Work that does not fit inside the build days is quoted as a full product build rather than billed as an extra day.
Payment
Recurring fees are collected by SEPA direct debit or card on file, monthly in advance, not on 30-day invoice terms. Full product builds are 50% on signature, 30% on delivery and 20% as a separate balance line invoiced over the following year. If the contract ends early, the remaining balance falls due immediately.
Metered costs
A metered API allowance of €50 per month is included. Usage above it is passed through at cost, itemised. Nothing with a variable cost is absorbed into the flat fee — a client whose system succeeds must not become a client we lose money on.
Response, not uptime
We commit to responding to an incident within 24 hours. That is deliberately not an uptime percentage and not a restore-time guarantee: response, resolution and uptime are three different things, and only the first is something a studio this size can promise honestly.
Who does what
We handle hosting, certificates, backups, monitoring, integrations, security updates and incident response. You handle your own content and your own customer support. Every system ships with a way for you to edit your content without us.
Leaving
Your content is yours. On exit you get a content export, a database dump and your domain transferred. We keep the code and the infrastructure. There is no exit fee and nothing is held back.
Data protection
Where we host a system for you we are your processor and you are the controller. A data processing agreement forms part of the contract pack. See the privacy notice for what this website itself collects.
Consumers
These services are sold business to business. Nothing here limits the statutory rights of a consumer where Greek or EU consumer law applies regardless of contract.
Law
Greek law governs, and the courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rule that says otherwise.
