What it costs.
Two services and a published entry price. All figures exclude ΦΠΑ — at the normal regime €250 invoices a Greek business at €310, and we would rather you read that here than hear it on a call.
Managed build and run
We build the system, then host it, watch it, patch it and answer for it. One price, billed monthly, no negotiation and no surprise invoices.
€310 including ΦΠΑ for a Greek business · 12-month minimum · €2750 if paid annually in advance

The five days are a cap, not an estimate. They cover a multi-page site on our standard stack, one integration, the standard content manager and migrating content from your existing site. If your job does not fit inside them, it is not this service — it becomes a full product build and gets quoted properly. We will not bill you a sixth day and call it the same thing.
Full product build
Custom data, several integrations, real business logic — a product rather than a site. It starts with a paid discovery, and the discovery is what produces a number you can rely on.
Builds start at 10 days. Below that, discovery concludes that you want Service 01 and routes you there.

Delivery, not launch. We commit to delivering the built system. When it goes live depends on your content being ready, and we do not carry the cost of a delay we cannot control.
The balance is its own invoice line. The final 20% is billed over the first year as "build balance", never blended into the monthly fee — otherwise the price on this page would be untrue for half our clients. If the contract ends early, the remaining balance falls due at once.
Pro bono and non-profit
We keep room for work whose primary purpose is promoting culture or delivering social benefit. It is not a tier, there is nothing to apply for, and it is chosen by us case by case: promoting culture or delivering positive social impact as the primary purpose. chosen by us, case by case. two concurrent at most, and never taken on if the work cannot be published.
There is a floor of €50–75 a month, which covers infrastructure and payment processing. Work that costs us money to keep alive does not survive, and a project that quietly dies helps nobody.
Everything else people ask about price
How much is it per month?
€250 per month excluding ΦΠΑ, with a 12-month minimum term. At the normal Greek VAT regime that is €310 on the invoice to a Greek business. Paid annually in advance it is €2750 instead of €3000.
What is included in the €250?
Up to five build days, one maintenance day per year, hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, security updates, a content manager you can use without us, and one integration — payments or bookings or forms. A metered API allowance of €50 a month is included and anything above it is passed through at cost.
What is not included?
Custom data models, more than one integration, and bespoke business logic. Those are a full product build. Content writing, photography and ongoing marketing are not included either — we build and run the system, you own what it says.
Why is there a 12-month minimum?
Because the first year is where the build days are spent. Five build days against €3,000 of revenue leaves a thin first year and a healthy second one. The minimum term is the break-even point, not a lock-in tactic, and the early-termination clause exists so it means something.
Why do I have to pay €1,000 for discovery?
Because a quote written without four days of work in it is a guess, and guesses get corrected later at your expense. Discovery produces the specification, the plan and the fixed number. If you would rather not pay to plan, the managed service is the better route and we will say so.
What is the risk multiplier on a build quote?
Estimated days are multiplied by 1.4 for unfamiliar work and 1.25 for work we have done before. It is calibration, not padding — first-time estimates on bespoke software run 40 to 100 per cent short, and a quote that has to be revised halfway is worse for you than one that was honest at the start.
Do you do one-off builds?
No. Every build comes with an ongoing contract, because a system nobody is responsible for degrades quietly and then fails at the worst moment. If you want to buy a build and walk away, we are the wrong studio and that is a straight answer, not a negotiating position.
What happens if I leave?
You take your content, a database dump and your domain. We keep the code and the infrastructure. Nothing is held hostage and there is no exit fee.
Prices are quoted excluding ΦΠΑ and shown in euro. TZEKOS.EU is VAT-registered under the normal regime and files monthly, and is registered for intra-EU supply, so a VAT-registered business elsewhere in the EU is invoiced under the reverse charge.
Know which one you need?
If you do not, say so on the form. Working out which service fits is the first thing we do, and it is free.
