One person. Twenty clients.
TZEKOS.EU is a product studio in Thessaloniki. There is one person here — the "we" on this site is a habit of writing, not a team you have not met yet — and the whole business is built around that being true.
Why deliberately small
Twenty clients at €250 a month is a business that works. Two hundred at €30 is a different business entirely, and it is one where nobody can afford to look at your system properly. We picked the first one on purpose.
The arithmetic is not a secret: twenty clients times five build days is a hundred days of building, which is half a working year. That is why new clients are capped at two a month, and why we would rather tell you that you are third in the queue than tell you that you are not.
It also means one client leaving is five per cent of the business. You are not a line item here, and there is nobody to escalate past.
What we are not
Not a web design agency: we do not sell brochure sites, and we will point you at a €30-a-month subscription if that is genuinely what you need. Not a hosting reseller: the servers are ours and we administer them. Not a compliance consultancy: accessibility is technical work we do and stand behind, but we do not sell legal opinions dressed as audits.
Where things run
On our own machines in the European Union, under our own administration. Not a reseller account, not a US platform with an EU region label. For a health practice, a law firm, a public-sector supplier or an EU-funded project, that is not a preference — it is a box you have to be able to tick, and we can show you the answer rather than promise it.
Where a job needs a language model, the default is a European provider billed per token. When something genuinely needs a model that is not European, we say so before we use it, not after.
How we answer for it
The contract promises a response within 24 hours. Deliberately not an uptime figure: a response is something one person can guarantee, and an uptime percentage from a one-person studio is a number designed to be argued about later. What matters when the booking form is down at eight in the morning is whether a human has read your message.
The status page is public and automatic, and every incident stays on it afterwards. Reliability you cannot see is impossible to renew.

Greek is coming. This site launches in English and the Greek version follows. Every client conversation, contract and support thread can already be in Greek today — the website is simply the last thing to be translated, not the first.
Who does what
Written down here because it is the thing that quietly breaks most supplier relationships.
We handle
- Hosting, certificates, backups and monitoring
- Integrations and the APIs behind them
- Security updates and incident response
- Building and changing the system itself
You handle
- Your content — every build ships with a manager you can actually use
- Your own customer support
- Telling us when something has changed in the business
The first line on your side is the important one. If editing a page means emailing us, you end up paying for our diary instead of your website, and within a few months you stop updating it at all. Every system we build is handed over with a way to change it yourself.
