You have the idea. We build it.

We design, build and run the system your business actually charges money through — bookings, orders, memberships, client portals — and we keep it running on our own servers in Europe.

From €250/month 12-month term 24h response Hosted in the EU

What we build

Websites that do something

Not a brochure with a contact form. A system your customers transact through, and that you can run without us.

tzekos build --revenue

01

Bookings

Appointments, classes, tables, rooms. Availability, confirmation, reminders and cancellations — without a phone call.

02

Orders

A catalogue, a basket and a payment that reconciles. Stock that is right on the site because it is right in the system.

03

Memberships

Recurring payment, gated content, renewals and lapses. Members manage themselves instead of emailing you.

04

Client portals

Logins, documents, requests and status. The work your clients ask about, answered before they ask.

How it works

Two ways in, and one of them is probably wrong for you

We publish the entry price so nobody spends a call finding out they are in the wrong place.

€250 / month · excl. ΦΠΑ · 12-month minimum

We build it in up to five days, then host, monitor, patch and maintain it. One price, one supplier, no invoices you did not expect.

  • Buildup to 5 days
  • Hosting, SSL, backups, monitoringincluded
  • Content manager you use yourselfincluded
  • One integrationpayments, bookings or forms
  • Custom data models and bespoke logicService 02
€1000 discovery · 4 days fixed · build quoted from it

For a real product: custom data, several integrations, business logic. It starts with a paid discovery, because the discovery is what makes the quote honest.

  • Discovery4 days · €1,000
  • Buildfrom 10 days
  • Payment schedule50 / 30 / 20
  • Run, once delivered€250 / month
  • Free proposals and speculative scopingnever

The routing rule. If it cannot be built in five days it is not a five-day job, and we will not pretend otherwise on day six. It becomes a full product build, quoted properly. That is an upgrade path, not a surcharge.

Proof

Products we shipped and still run

A studio should be judged on what it operates, not on a gallery of launches it never had to maintain. These three are ours. They have paying users, and they run on the same infrastructure we would put you on.

Job-search platform Erioun erioun.com

An applicant tracking system built for the candidate rather than the employer: it finds openings, tracks applications and drafts the paperwork.

CV review service Kaeros kaeros.app

A CV review and rewriting service in Greek and English, sold as a product rather than as consulting hours.

Public data ledger and paid API Job Opportunities API jobopportunitiesapi.org

A public, browsable ledger of job listings gathered from employer boards and government feeds, with a paid API on top of it.

Fit

Is this for you?

We take twenty clients, not two hundred. That only works if the wrong ones leave this page early, so here is the honest version.

Yes, if

  • Your website takes bookings, orders, payments or memberships — or it should
  • You already have customers and the site is in the way
  • You want one supplier for building it, hosting it and fixing it
  • EU-hosted infrastructure is something you have to be able to prove
  • €3,000 a year for a system that earns is an obvious trade

No, if

  • You need a brochure site — five pages, a map and a phone number
  • You want a one-off build with nobody responsible afterwards
  • You are shopping on price, and the number that matters is the smallest one
  • You want an agency with a team, an account manager and a deck

None of that is a criticism. It is genuinely cheaper elsewhere, and we will tell you where to go. Taking your money for the wrong thing costs us more than not taking it.

Questions

The things people ask first

What does it cost?

€250 per month excluding ΦΠΑ, on a 12-month minimum term. At the normal Greek VAT regime that invoices a Greek business at €310. That price includes up to five build days, hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, security updates, a content manager you can use yourself, and one integration.

Why not €30 a month, like the other subscriptions?

Because a €30 subscription is a one-page template with hosting attached. We build the thing that takes the booking, processes the order or gates the membership. If a template is genuinely what you need, we will tell you so and point you at one — it is a better use of your money than we would be.

Who owns the content and the data?

You do. If the contract ends we export your content, hand over a database dump and transfer the domain. We keep the code and the infrastructure. It costs us nothing and it removes the largest objection in the room.

Where is it hosted?

On servers we operate ourselves in the European Union. Not resold hosting, not a US platform. For health practices, legal practices, public-sector suppliers and EU-funded projects that is a requirement we already meet.

What happens when something breaks?

We respond within 24 hours, and that is what the contract says. Deliberately not an uptime percentage: a response is something we control and can promise, and it is what actually matters at eight in the morning when the booking form is down.

Tell us what it has to do.

The form asks what the system needs to do, your budget range and your timeline. Those three questions are the point of it — they are how we know within a day whether we are the right people, and they save you a call if we are not.
